My 2024 Colorado truck was towed to S Sansing Chevy because my battery was so dead it could not be charged and hold a charge. This was the 4th time the truck - purchased at S Sansing was in for the same issue. After I left the truck parked in the customer vehicle section and the keys went to service because they needed to get information out of the truck. First time I’ve ever had an issue. Had appointment for oil change. I had to wait 2.15 hours. Then I had a coupon from y’all that wasn’t accepted. Cashier said manager already had the lowest prices.
Everyone is very friendly. They asked if I needed anything and checked on me. Offered me something to drink and came got me when my car was ready.

Mobile tech was great. He came to my location and performed the needed recall issue check on my truck in a timely matter. He was in and out in 20 minutes. I also found out he can perform other things like an oil change. It was better than having to make an appointment and have to spend a half a day at the dealership.
The first time I took my jeep for service, the service mgr told me he was too busy to talk to me if I didn’t have an appt…. I was the only one there, so I left very mad. Got a check engine light this week and had to take there because it’s the closest dealer, saw a different guy there and he was very nice. So for me, it’s been a hit or miss situation.
This was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. The staff is absolutely awesome.

I recently bought a used car here and had a great experience working with Seth. During the test drive, we noticed an issue with a rear strut. Instead of brushing it aside, the dealership took care of it immediately and had it completely fixed before I picked up the vehicle. Because I handled my financing ahead of time through my credit union, the paperwork process was smooth and hassle-free. The pricing was average to fair, but the excellent customer service and their transparency about fixing the strut made it a great experience. Highly recommend asking for Seth!
Worst experience with a dealership, they had my car for a week and didn’t repair it because they said there was a smell in the car, then had the nerve to tell me to tow it out of the dealership because they refused to work on it, I bought this vehicle from sandy and it’s under warranty, I just needed a working car and this is what I get for going with a dealership

I purchased a used 2016 Toyota Corolla LE from Sandy Sansing Chevrolet on December 16, 2025, for about $9,000 out the door. What seemed like a great deal at first quickly turned into an incredibly frustrating and expensive experience.
The vehicle was sold as-is, which I understood. However, it was presented as road-safe, had supposedly passed their inspection, and no major mechanical problems were disclosed. I even had an independent pre-purchase inspection done, and that inspection did not identify any transmission issues.

Took my '21 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for recall servicing, oil/filter change and tire rotation. Also was told they would do a 47 pt. Service check. When I came to pick up the service check was not completed and had to wait an additional time for them to go back and do the service check as someone had deleted this from the service order. Also paid $130 for oil change and tire rotation that seemed very high considering I had just had both done on a '24 GMC Canyon at another dealership for $90.
Got me in and out and made sure I was well took care of. I highly recommend Kenan the whole car buying process has been changed for me in a whole my next vehicle will come from sandy sansing you guys are the best.
