They are very thorough in their inspections and while parts and labor is expensive (As all dealers are), they seem to try to help with finding any price reductions available. We will continue to do business with them.
Charged me over $700 for an oil and filter change on my RAM truck. $226 for 30 minutes of labor. That’s ridiculous

We made the BIGGEST mistake of using Sandy Sansing Milton for extended warranty repairs to our Chevy truck. Sara and Robbie the service manager was a joke in the service department. They said they have the right to charge any amount for labor and parts if you don't have a warranty from them. This is the worst customer service practice that any customer should every experience. I would not this recommend dealer to anyone. Price GOUGING is against the law.

Cathy , in the Service Department,is wonderful. The battery in my BMW was starting to have problems,it was six years old and needed to be replaced. I called Cathy and she got me set up to bring it in that day, Ben, the technician,replaced the battery and took care of a recall and the service I was due for, excellent and professional service from Cathy and Ben
Once I speak to the dealership I may change my rating. Purchased a BMW and 6 days later while just sitting in my car the car begins to vigorously shake and lots of smoke coming from my exhaust. I immediately turn it off and call the dealership who directs me to call bmw assistance line I did and they said the car is no longer covered and would charge me to have it towed I declined the tow since the dealership told me their service department was closed from Friday to Monday. After months of searching for the right car and doing everything I could to avoid dealerships, I finally found my MINI and had a genuinely great experience. It took 3 hrs for an oil change with appointment. No updates while waiting except for me inquiring. Also, I was charged for the full oil change because my 3 yr maintenance had just expired. When I tried to schedule it 2 months ago, I was told it was too early!

Customers service was great. I had a coupon from Mopar that was honored by the dealership for my Jeep. Bought a set of tires from the dealership last year that have been fantastic. Will do all of my Jeep business with them in the future.

It’s always a pleasant time at the Sandy Sansing BMW dealership. The staff is always very friendly. The facility is welcoming and clean. They always have snack snacks, and beverages stocked in the lobby and the bathrooms are always clean. Definitely not a bad place to spend part of your day when waiting for your car to be serviced.
Mechanics were great, salesperson Wayne was great as well. Service writers were ok, got the job done but nothing extra. Robbie and I don’t remember the other guys name.

Service department had warned me saying it may take awhile before my truck would be fixed. Which I understand but with in three working days they had it done. They got it fixed a lot earlier got my truck back and everything is great. Great team they have there and I’ll continue to bring them business.

The entire staff has made my experiences with Sandy Sansing top notch. I drive from an hour away because of the service, kindness, and knowledge that is provided. I always feel taken care of and valued at each visit.
Ryan, the service manager, and Greg, the service writer were excellent. I was on a work trip and they were able to diagnose, order parts, and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. The best part? I don’t have a Chevy, I have a Cadillac, and they were still able to get it fixed and get me on the way all under warranty. If you live near this gem of a dealership, you’re very lucky

I’m happy with the service we received at Sandy Sansing Greg Norris was very helpful. He did what he said he would do and the work was completed on time. The price was reasonable, and the car was clean when they returned it to us.
Very courteous staff. My wife and I are down here from Ohio on vacation, we experienced some trouble with our truck. Gregory Norris was our service advisor, he was up front and stated they were very busy and wasn’t sure he could get to the truck by the time our stay was over but he said “well give it our best shot”. To my surprise the next day I received a call from Gregory, he said your truck is done, he went over what was wrong, fixed the problem. Well done Sandy Sansing Chevrolet.

I arrived early, shortly after opening on appointed day. My vehicle was not looked at until late afternoon. Tech inspection revealed needed parts which were not on hand. Repair said I would have to leave vehicle for a day or two.
I needed vehicle so I picked it up, paid for service and prepaid for parts. Established a new appointment. I was told repairs would probably take 1 1/2 hours to complete. I hope so.

The Finance manager, Brad, was exceptional in that he efficiently prepared the necessary documents and explained all of the options clearly with no pressure. My only suggestion is that more time needs to be spent ensuring that the customer really understands how to use the “glass cockpit” enough to drive safely. The team was eager to make the experience pleasant and effective.

My wife and I were shopping for a large SUV. We went to sandy Sansing Milton Jeep and spoke with a salesman, Desmond. He was very personable, helpful, and above all else not pushy! Answered our questions to the best of his ability. Salesman often get a bad rap for being overly pushy, and this was not our experience dealing with Desmond or his manager Alan. We ended up buying a Grand Wagoneer L that we had seen advertised on the Internet, and so far we are very happy with it!

Horrible, each time I take my vehicle to this dealership I end up with major problems that I didn't have when I took it there, last time I took it in for a warranty repair. The repair work was competent from what I can see but I am not a mechanic. It was ridiculous that my vehicle was at the dealership waiting on repairs for over two weeks with no access to any courtesy vehicles. Due to this I had to rent a vehicle costing over $500 to cover not having a vehicle. Communication was extremely lacking. I as the customer should not have to call daily for status updates. All good! I had to get my exhaust rattle repaired on my 2023 Dodge Charger R/T. The Service Rep Matt and the Technician answered all the questions I had pertaining to the exhaust system and was able to visually inspect in the pit with them while the vehicle was on the lift.
