I was not looking forward to the stress that frequently comes along with buying a car but in this case, our salesperson, Jewel, had the perfect name! She was an absolute jewel to work with from beginning to end. She was upfront and straightforward throughout the process. She was also very patient with me in spite of all my questions and quirkiness. I am very happy with my new Mazda and would absolutely refer anyone to her for their next vehicle!

Great experience buying my 2025 Colorado ZR2 midnight edition from Sandy Sansing. Rod was great and the teamwork between him and the sales managers was outstanding. The only negative is not on Sandy Sansing. One of the parts that makes my light bar work was not available through GM. That’s a bummer but the sales manager showed me feedback texts from his contact. I enjoyed the customer service minded sales department very much

Buying experience was excellent. Very low pressure. Most of buying was done via text messaging or email as the vehicle i bought wasn't even on the lot. I was even able to get a trade-in amount for my vehicle by emailing pictures of the vehicle. John my salesperson was excellent. I highly recommend Sandy Sansing Chevrolet in Foley.

I had two recalls for my GM vehicle. I arranged to have the recalls done with sansing Chevrolet. They were only able to do one of the recalls because the parts weren't available to do the repair. Now I have to take my vehicle back to the dealership. It would have made more sense to insure that the parts were on hand for my automobile BEFORE I took the half day off to complete the recall(s).

Having to look for a replacement vehicle when mine was totaled in an accident, I chose Sandy Sansing Chevrolet in Milton because I believe in buying locally. I was introduced to Crystal via her phone call. She was a true gem finding the vehicle we were looking for. We gave her a very specific list of requirements and she found us a truly wonderful car! I will gladly recommend Sandy Sansing to anyone looking for that special vehicle!

Everything was done in a timely manner. Lived that they send a video as they work on the car and show you any issues and will print a report of everything you need and how much it will cost. everyone was extremely king and the waiting area was comfy with a TV and free drinks and snacks. 10/10 experience.

The SS experience was very good and Jeff in service was excellent with managing and communicating my appointment. However can you reach out to your cab service and ask them about the cleanliness of the car. Mine had a used empty water bottle in the floor, it was in dire need of vacuuming and I almost did not sit on the seat due to crud. The driver was fine. This could affect your overall ratings. This score is for Sarah. Without her efforts this would have been a different outcome. She told me that the parts were going to take 10 weeks to get. As my patience wore down she kept tabs on the status and provided a number for GM customer service. GM service was slow to react. At length GM service confirmed the parts had shipped. I informed Sarah. She was watching for the parts and quickly got the truck in the shop. The truck is running great now. Thanks

Excellent service starting at the telephone then following through the entire process. While waiting for our oil change we walked into the sales department, chatted with a gentleman named John, my wife asked about nearby breakfast places, he said he wasn’t busy and offered to drop us off and pickup us up at a restaurant while we waited, super nice fella. Negotiated what I thought was a good and fair trade of my current vehicle (2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy) for a new 2025 Chevy 2500-HD Trail-Boss - I dealt with Riley (Sales Person) - Gator (GM) and Cain (Finance Manager) - everyone in the process was great - I was treated with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend this dealership when looking for a new vehicle.


Great service but expensive job

Had a appointment to flush my Colorado's trans first thing Wednesday morning after the 8.5" snow! Check in was great, I waited for the work to be done took just about an hr like promised. Cost was reasonable, employees were curious, waiting room was comfy, clean and stocked with free snacks and beverage. Was my first service here, won't hesitate to return....Good Job Sandy Sansing Chevrolet.
