Moved from Pennsylvania to Florida, needed a car and after a long day of making decisions on a Saturday we came into Sebring Chevrolet, hoping to drive a Chevrolet Trax. We were seeking a car under $30,000 with good gas mileage for my husband’s highway work commute during the week. Small 2016 rv with less than 17 thousand miles on it. Rear crankshaft seal was leaking. Not all ford dealerships will work on rv’s. We are thankful this one will. Job was completed to our satisfaction! Only downside was cost! Twice what I expected! Overall still a 5 star.

I couldn’t get the Bluetooth to connect to my car or phone. Daelan Hansen set up an appointment with the dealership to look into this. Software needed update in my car. Thank you Daelan for being so patient with me, I am not techy. Daelan was knowledgeable and friendly, determined to solve my car issue. A very easy peasy experience.
Had my tires replaced and oil changed on my wife’s 2022 Lincoln Navigator. I walked in without an appointment on September 28th and they had a deal going on tires that ended on September 30th. They quickly worked me in to get the deal on September 30th and also gave me an oil change. They included a complimentary car wash as well. Couldn’t be happier with their customer service!

Service advisor was not good!!! Mechanic was great! Waited 4 hrs for oil and tire rotation!!! With an appt.
built a car from scratch and ordered, which i’d done several times before. this process was easier and and more streamlined than previous orders from other dealers. there was no time spent languishing at the dealer waiting around for this person to talk to that person. day of pick up was smooth and took about 2.5 hours bc there were other customers. signing process, was mostly digital. everything pretty easy. appreciate so very much steps this dealer has taken to make purchasing so easy and not the groan it used to be.
At the Mini Cooper.service entrance door I was greeted and the two gentleman at the service desk were very helpful and answered all my questions! This was my first visit as I just purchased a 2015 JCW Mini Cooper S. I was very pleased with all the staff and service and will definitely be back. Thanks again, Larry W.
I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the work the Sandy Sansing CDJR service department put into getting my Jeep back on the road. Matt was in constant communication throughout the entirety of the repair, never once was I left in the dark regarding the situation or the timeline I was working with. Funny enough, the Jeep functions better now than it did when it was brand new. I’m very grateful for this team, and can’t imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else to be serviced.

The experience with Matt Howell was refreshing. I appreciated his recommendations and straight forward approach.
The service was great. However, your prices are grossly inflated. I knew I would be paying more for your service, no problem, but when I went to pay I found out in real time that you pass along credit card fees to the customer it smelled of pure greed. My bill was close to $5,000, if I used a credit card I would have paid hundreds more. Greed does nothing for your reputation or return business.

The mobile auto repair service with Sandy Sansing Ford - Daphne is awesome. It makes getting repairs done so easy. Schedule the appointment, they show up in your driveway, do the work and vanish! The service tech is very professional. Answers any questions you may have, and goes to work. Highly recommend this service, with this company!
