Sandy Sansing BMW told me I needed a new windshield to fix a Driver Assistance issue, which would not be covered under warranty. They quoted me an estimate at over $3,100. I took the car to BMW of Mobile 3 days after picking it up from their dealership. The issue was resolved in 1 hour by recalibrating the KAFAS camera. In addition to this, they refused to acknowledge the existence of an active third party warranty. Salesman worked hard to locate the truck I was looking for, much appreciated. First issue, salesman indicated that he had transferred my licence plate, arrived home and no licence plate. Second, more effort on the detail of the truck would have been nice. Bed of the truck was very dirty, interior of truck was dirty (food droppings and dirty back seat.

I brought my GMC Sierra to Milton Chevy for a special coverage brake vacuum issue and was helped by Service Advisor Ryan Dismang. Ryan was incredibly helpful, set clear expectations, and kept me updated throughout the process. His professionalism and excellent communication made the entire experience smooth. Staff at your dealership is always ready to listen to any concerns about my car. Last visit the service rep vacuumed glass out of the trunk of.my car, the window had broken just before my visit. The service was also very good about letting me know about the progress and results of the car checkup.

It was an OK experience. Wasn't the worst experience I've had at a car dealership (the worst was actually Sandy Sansing Nissan.) In case you don't know, Mr. Sansing owns almost an extremely large amount of dealerships.

Despite their waiting room being a bit smaller than most, my experience for my first oil change for my Mazda 3 was good. The service was completed in the time they said it would be, and everything that I wanted them to do was done properly.

Top of the trade auto tech service if you have a newer automobile, we went there often before they change name and were always treated fair. We're upset because we had to pay extra for a tire valve steam was leaking bad and notified them right away, it supposed to be covered under warranty when we got a brand new set of tires changed within less than 12 months and it wasn't because they didn't replace them in the first place, most of the time the whole valve steams need to be replaced unless is a single air ... Andy the salesman told me the truck would be clean and ready, and that there were no major scratches and it looked really good to him. Not true! There was a huge scratch on the hood, but the bigger issue was that two or 3 inches of red caked on mud on the undercarriage of the truck. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
First, I went to Sandy Sanding Chevrolet and negotiated a deal on a new truck that was located in Boaz, AL. When I went in the next morning to sign the paperwork, the salesmen said the Boaz dealership sold the truck we had agreed to buy.
