We made the BIGGEST mistake of using Sandy Sansing Milton for extended warranty repairs to our Chevy truck. Sara and Robbie the service manager was a joke in the service department. They said they have the right to charge any amount for labor and parts if you don't have a warranty from them. This is the worst customer service practice that any customer should every experience. I would not this recommend dealer to anyone. Price GOUGING is against the law.

Once I speak to the dealership I may change my rating. Purchased a BMW and 6 days later while just sitting in my car the car begins to vigorously shake and lots of smoke coming from my exhaust. Ryan, the service manager, and Greg, the service writer were excellent. I was on a work trip and they were able to diagnose, order parts, and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. The best part? I don’t have a Chevy, I have a Cadillac, and they were still able to get it fixed and get me on the way all under warranty. If you live near this gem of a dealership, you’re very lucky

Very courteous staff. My wife and I are down here from Ohio on vacation, we experienced some trouble with our truck. Gregory Norris was our service advisor, he was up front and stated they were very busy and wasn’t sure he could get to the truck by the time our stay was over but he said “well give it our best shot”. To my surprise the next day I received a call from Gregory, he said your truck is done, he went over what was wrong, fixed the problem. Well done Sandy Sansing Chevrolet.

Staff are very courteous and eager to assist. Disappointed with service. I made an appointment a week in advance. I arrived early, shortly after opening on appointed day. My vehicle was not looked at until late afternoon. Tech inspection revealed needed parts which were not on hand. Repair said I would have to leave vehicle for a day or two. Luisa Vivas was very courteous and answered all questions knowledgeably. The Finance manager, Brad, was exceptional in that he efficiently prepared the necessary documents and explained all of the options clearly with no pressure. My only suggestion is that more time needs to be spent ensuring that the customer really understands how to use the “glass cockpit” enough to drive safely. The team was eager to make the experience pleasant and effective.

My wife and I were shopping for a large SUV. We went to sandy Sansing Milton Jeep and spoke with a salesman, Desmond. He was very personable, helpful, and above all else not pushy! Answered our questions to the best of his ability. Salesman often get a bad rap for being overly pushy, and this was not our experience dealing with Desmond or his manager Alan. We ended up buying a Grand Wagoneer L that we had seen advertised on the Internet, and so far we are very happy with it!

Horrible, each time I take my vehicle to this dealership I end up with major problems that I didn't have when I took it there, last time I took it in for a warranty repair. The repair work was competent from what I can see but I am not a mechanic. It was ridiculous that my vehicle was at the dealership waiting on repairs for over two weeks with no access to any courtesy vehicles. Due to this I had to rent a vehicle costing over $500 to cover not having a vehicle. Communication was extremely lacking. I as the customer should not have to call daily for status updates. All good! I had to get my exhaust rattle repaired on my 2023 Dodge Charger R/T. The Service Rep Matt and the Technician answered all the questions I had pertaining to the exhaust system and was able to visually inspect in the pit with them while the vehicle was on the lift.
